Q1 – How do I book a fully furnished luxury suite?

A1- Booking an apartment at Red Maple Suites is quite simple. You can do either of the following to make a reservation:

Q2- What are the check-in and check-out timings?

A2- All our valued guests are expected to check in between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. Guests are requested to check out by 11 a.m. Please do note that check-ins and check-outs are possible on all seven days of the week.

Q3- What are the facilities provided to us when renting a luxury apartment?

Q4- Is any form of deposit required?

A4- Here at Red Maple Suites it is a part of our occupancy policy for guests to pay a refundable deposit of $ 300 for their short term or extended rentals. This is can be done via paypal, credit card or in person.

Q5- What forms of payment are accepted?

A5- Our valued customers can pay via either of the below listed methods:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Cards
  • Certified Cheques
  • Cash

Please note that all fees will be charged in Canadian Dollars only.

Q6- When do you require payment?

A6- Payment can only be made before or on the day of check-in. If you do not pay on the date of the latter you will not be allowed to stay in our Mississauga fully furnished apartments or Toronto fully furnished apartments.

Q7- Are pets allowed?

A7- No, pets cannot stay with you at our luxury suites.

Q8- Is free parking available?

A8- One free parking spot is available per apartment.
